1. UnitedHealth Group Inc. (14.4%)

2. Anthem Inc. (9.1%)

3. Humana Inc. (8.9%)

4. Centene Corp. (8.8%)

5. HealthCare Services Corp. (5.4%)

Mexico

About 7.8% of the population in Mexico has private health insurance for major medical expenses (3). The top 5 health insurance companies by market share in 2019 were the following (4):

1. GNP Seguros (29.7%)

2. AXA Seguros (22%)

3. Seguros Monterrey New York Life (13.58%)

4. Metlife (7.59%)

5. Bupa (5.8%)
